Behind The Mac
One of the new spots in Apple’s "Behind The Mac" campaign in Japan draws on visual references from anime.
Set to an upbeat, syncopated track by Nakamura Yoshiho, it plays-out a montage of scenes that reference Macs, and pays homage to the illustration artists that create these fantastic story-worlds.
I recognized the above frame from from Mirai No Mirai - which is one one of my recent favorites.
The campaign line in Japanese is Mac の 向こうから — まだこの世界にない物語を。
This translates to something like "Behind The Mac - Stories Not Yet From This World."
