Rola / ローラ / is a 20-something Japanese fashion model and TV personality. 

Her real name is Eri Sato / 佐藤えり /.

If you have taken a train in Tokyo in the past few years, you will likely have seen her cuteness in a cosmetics or beauty category ad. 

She is noted for her appearances in advertising, particularly ads targeting younger consumers. 

ローラ is ubiquitous because she has more modeling contracts than any other Japanese celebrity. It can be a little confusing when ads she models for different brands are placed adjacent to one other in the train.

ローラ is Instagenic. In Japan, the word for this is Instabae / インスタ映え /. She has more than 5M followers in Instagram.

In the Japanese talent system / タレント / Rola is classified as an "idol-model".

Sadly, according to Wikipedia, the idol-model category is for celebrities with no particular talent.
