This method helps me to slow down and give more focus to things that matter to me. To understand them. To enjoy them.

Last week our relocation shipping container arrived from Japan.

As I was unpacking my library, I noticed a small book called “Neutralize” which contains the portfolio of product designer Yota Kakuda / 角田陽太 /.

Kakuda-san's design ethos is about making things neutral. Simplifying things so that they can become even-more like they already are.

For example, making a spoon that is spoon-like and not more.

He believes that neutralized objects can be used unconsciously, which makes them good and their users happy.
